Historical Perspective

On June 11, 1997 the firm of Capozzi and Associates, P.C. was founded to focus on the legal needs of healthcare providers, particularly long-term care providers. The Firm has grown to eight attorneys, three paralegals, and four additional employees, establishing Capozzi and Associates, P.C. as a major healthcare law firm in central Pennsylvania. The firm enjoys a strong state and Mid-Atlantic regional presence, and a growing national reputation for expertise in the delivery of a variety of legal services to long-term care providers. Capozzi and Associates, P.C. represents state, regional, and national healthcare providers.

The Firm is located on Front Street in Harrisburg, overlooking the Susquehanna River, just minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Interstate 81, and Interstate 83. The Firm is situated close to our state capital, the Departments of Health, Public Welfare, Aging and Labor and Industry, the Board of Claims, and federal and state courts.

The Firm’s continuing development as a full service law firm would not be possible without the full support of its clients, the quality work of its attorneys, and the dedication of its administrative staff. Capozzi and Associates, P.C. is committed to providing the best quality legal services at the most affordable price, and to providing sound, proactive, and practical business advice.

Capozzi & Associates, P.C. sponsored the Robert P. Casey Distinguished Lecture in Health Law for the Annual Health Law Lecture Series 2002 at the Widener University School of Law and was the 2002 recipient of the Dauphin County (Pennsylvania) Bar Association award recognizing significant contributions to the advancement of equal professional opportunities for members of the Dauphin County Bar Association: The Honorable Clarence C. Morrison Equal Professional Opportunity Award.
